Delivery
We currently offer shipping to the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands), Isle of Man and Channel Islands.
Unfortunately we do not currently offer shipping outside of the UK or British Islands.
Free UK shipping on orders over £50. If your order is £50 or over your item will be delivered free via economy shipping, this means your order will be dispatched in 1-2 days on a 3-4 day service.
Typically your order will be delivered within 4-7 working days. If you would like to upgrade to a faster delivery option you can do this at the checkout for a small fee.
Orders under £50
Economy shipping – £1.95 – Your item will be dispatched in 1-2 days on a 3-4 day service. Typically your order will be delivered within 4-7 working days.
Standard shipping – £3.95 – Orders received before 2pm will be dispatched within 48 hours on a 1-2 working day service.
Express delivery – We will be adding this option shortly. In the meantime if you need your parcel in a hurry please contact us at orders@bibelot.co.uk or call us to check if we can offer you this delivery choice.
Please note working days are classed as Monday – Friday excluding Bank Holidays.
When you have completed your order you will be sent an email confirming the details of your purchase. Your order represents an offer to you to purchase from us. Please carefully check the email and notify us straight away of any errors at orders@bibelot.co.uk. When your goods have been dispatched you will be sent an email to confirm this, it is only then that we accept your offer and a contract is formed which we are bound to fulfil.
To help the environment, reduce waste and keep postage costs to a minimum we will recycle packaging materials wherever possible.
We will process your order and deliver your parcel as quickly as possible. We aim to dispatch your parcel within 48 hours. Please allow 14 days from confirmation of dispatch before contacting us with any queries regarding non – delivery.
Should an item be out of stock we will contact you with an estimated delivery date and give you the option to cancel the order.
